Hi all,
It's 9;15am Tuesday morning. We are processing orders for today's work load. Today we have a 10:00am shop meeting to review special order procedures, so we can meet our goal to you, to ship castings in 1 day, polished mountings in 2 days and finished jewelry in 3-5 days. Gotta go now speak to you later this week.

Must get back to work, Fed Ex is here, Can't keep him waiting.
